‘Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party’ to return at Disney World
A number of the Walt Disney World Resort’s ticketed and after-hours events, including Villains After Hours, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, had to be cancelled in 2020 as a result of the ongoing pandemic.
However, Walt Disney World revealed that a brand-new After Hours celebration would take the place of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom last year.
As the COVID-19 pandemic spread over the world and many limitations were relaxed, Disney fans were curious as to what Walt Disney World and Disneyland will do for the holidays this year. Disney World has announced the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, so we have some exciting news to share!
The revelation was revealed by Disney Parks Blog, which stated: “This year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will bring holiday cheer to Magic Kingdom. This independently ticketed event will welcome visitors to Magic Kingdom for an evening of fun on 24 specific nights between November 8 and December 22, 2022.”
Beginning on July 7, 2022, tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be available for purchase. As early as June 30, 2022, guests of specific Walt Disney World Resort hotels can start buying tickets. The cost of each ticket will be between $149 and $199.
In Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party:
- Join Mickey and his friends for “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration,” the must-see Christmas extravaganza, on the stage of Cinderella Castle. The programme includes dance routines along with medleys of holiday music from the past and the present.
- As part of “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks,” Minnie Mouse directs a glittering display over Magic Kingdom. The magical Christmas performance features spectacular castle projections, fireworks, and holiday music.
- Santa Claus will join Mickey Mouse and company in the must-see “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade” as it travels around the park, with his renowned flying reindeer leading the way.
- Attractions at the Magic Kingdom will receive a special holiday cheer boost. The Jungle Cruise will once more become the Jingle Cruise thanks to holiday magic. Additionally, Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, and Mad Tea Party will all get festive makeovers as a special treat for event attendees.
- A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, a futuristic holiday production on the Rockettower Plaza Stage at Magic Kingdom, lets you party the night away with your favourite Disney characters.
