Break My Soul, the first single off the star’s seventh studio record will be released by Renaissance on July 29.
According to the press release, Renaissance will include 16 tracks and multiple parts. The “first act” will be released at the end July.

The titles of all the tracks have not yet been disclosed; it is only known that the songs will be inspired by American music of the 20th century and, judging by the laconic release, the disc may become Beyoncé’s “most ambitious” musical project.
Tricky Stewart, a well-known music producer, and The-Dream were among the musicians who recorded Break My Soul.
This song will be the sixth on the disc’s list of compositions. Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, is listed on the cover of the single as one of the co-writers.
Renaissance is Beyoncé’s first solo album since the release of Lemonade in April 2016.
The singer had other projects, of course, including the single Black Parade, which she released in June 2020 and won her another Grammy for Best R&B Performance.
She became the Grammy’s most-winning performer with this win. He also shares his journey of self-discovery in the song, saying, “Looking to find something that lives within me.”
