A day after the meeting with Archbishop of Canterbury the British Queen was already welcoming Governor of New South Wales Margaret Joan Beasley to her palace.
Elizabeth II spoke to her at Windsor Castle last Wednesday. A photographer took some pictures at the official meeting.
They show the Queen of Great Britain wearing a yellow dress with floral patterns and elegant earrings.
The royal family’s fans were delighted to see Elizabeth II without a cane in these photographs. She has been seen with it quite a lot lately.
She was unable to walk without it and rarely went out in public without it. Aside from that, her first publication with a cane was in 2003 when she needed it to recuperate from knee surgery.
She joked with reporters a couple of months back about her health. “.
Robert Lacey, Royal historian/biographer and tabloid person, said that Elizabeth II did not have any other serious health issues.
He also said that he doubted that it was worth raising the issue about Prince Charles’ transfer of power, saying that the “issue of a change in ruler” in the UK is not the right time at the moment.
However, the Queen has had to significantly reduce her role as the dominant representative for power in recent months.
She attended several events to celebrate the Platinum Anniversary, but she was not able to attend all of the official ceremonies.
Kate Middleton said in an interview that “the queen is fine; it was just that the celebrations were very exhausting.” It’s worth noting, however, that Elizabeth II was absent from the Ascot royal races for the first ever time in her reign.
