Mariah Carey went on an outing in a sparkling mini and high heels with a friend.

The premiere was held in New York with the singer and her boyfriend.

Mariah may seem like a pop star who put on her best when she attended the premiere of the comedy “Friends (Bros)” with Brian Tanaka.

The 53 year-old singer opted for a black, very short, sequin-embroidered dress and a rainbow jacket made entirely of sequins.

Evidently, the outfit selection suggested the plot for the picture – a romantic comedy where all of America’s LGBT community shine.

She looked amazing in black Christian Louboutin sandals with silk ribbons and high heels.

Her 39-year old boyfriend, an actor/dancer who was once a member of Mariah’s troupe, chose a more modest outfit: blue jeans, a T shirt, black varsity jacket and white sneakers.

Remember that Mariah and Brian started their relationship in 2016, just after she broke off her engagement with billionaire James Packer.

From 1993 to 1998, the pop singer was married to Tommy Mottola (an influential businessman in music industry). Tanaka posted an Instagram tribute to Kerry Carey, her book The Manning of Mariah Carey, which was released in 2020.

He said, “The world knows about you today.” It was amazing for you to create, record, or write this masterpiece. Your talent amazes me every day. Thank you so much.

Your success is my goal. Thank you. According to Daily Mail, they met when Tanaka was touring with Tanaka as a backup dancer.

Lifestyle reported that they later connected in 2016 but kept their relationship secret.
