Masterchef Australia 2022 Contestants: The 14th season of the Australian cooking shows MasterChef Australia began on April 18, 2022, on network 10. The show’s format this season’s season is Fans and Favourites. It also includes 12 contestants who are new and 12 ex-contestants.
In October 2021 Ten revealed it was going to be MasterChef Australia would return for the 14th season of the show in 2022. The announcement was initially made as Foodies vs. Favourites. In January 2022, the production was suspended for a short time after some members of the team were infected with the COVID-19 virus. The cast, judges and crew are all vaccined for the disease.

The original winner Julie Goodwin leads the 12 chefs returning to the competition and is competing with 12 newcomers (and there are no auditions).
MasterChef’s MasterChef kitchen will once more be home to chefs from Australia as well as from around the world such as Adriano Zumbo, Shannon Bennet, Curtis Stone, Reynold Poernomo Clare Smyth, Alla WolfTasker, Josh Niland, and Maggie Beer.
