While the actor died at the age of 27, his biopic concludes with a scene that was that takes place in late 1974 and completely ignores his two major female friends.

A person who was one of these of them was Ginger Alden, who discovered his body. She also discovered his lover between 1972 and 1976, Linda Thompson.
