Machine Gun Kelly recalls 'wild paranoia' he experienced after father's death in new documentary

In his latest Hulu documentary "Life in Pink," Machine Gun Kelly discusses the dark episode of mental health which he went through recently.

The "my ex's best friend" performer said that his father passed away on the same day that her fourth studio album "Hotel Diablo" was released in July of this year.

"I took a flight to my dad's home to get all the clutter out.

There was a strange conversation with my neighbor who was telling me everything I did not want to hear," Kelly recalled.

"That (messed) me up more, because I could not be able to get my head around the incident.

I couldn't leave my bedroom and it started to get really, really, very dark."

Kelly stated that his inner anxiety culminated in a heated conversation with his fiancée Megan Fox, who was his girlfriend at the time.

"Megan was in Bulgaria to film a movie and I began experiencing this crazy anxiety.

As a result, I was constantly scared that somebody was going to attack me and take me down," Kelly said.

"I used to always have the shotgun beside my bed. One of my days, I (expletive) snapped.

"I called Megan I said"You're not there for me.
